Privacy Policy

What we collect

• At checkout: your name, email, and WhatsApp number — used to deliver your kit, send order updates, and (if your order is incomplete) a reminder with your saved checkout.
• Payments: processed entirely by Razorpay/Cashfree. We receive a payment confirmation and invoice details, never your card or UPI credentials.
• On the site: standard analytics and the Meta Pixel, used to measure which pages and ads work. You can block these with standard browser tools without affecting your purchase.

What we do with it

• Deliver products and provide support.
• Send occasional product updates if you opted in (every message has an opt-out; reply STOP on WhatsApp anytime).
• Comply with tax and legal obligations (GST invoicing).

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• Share your contact details with third parties beyond the processors needed to serve you (payment gateway, email/WhatsApp delivery providers).

Data retention & your rights

Order records are retained as required by Indian tax law. For anything else — access, correction, or deletion of your data — email support@theknockoutacademy.comand we'll act within 15 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
