Digital products only

Everything we sell is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses — ever.

How delivery works

• Within 2 minutes of successful payment, your access link is sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided at checkout.
• The link opens your personal access hub in any browser — view everything online or download the files. No zips, no logins, no apps to install.
• Your GST invoice is attached to the delivery email.

If nothing arrives

• Check spam/promotions folders for the email.
• Still nothing after 5 minutes? Reply to our WhatsApp message or email support@theknockoutacademy.com — we resend immediately during support hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST), and queued requests outside hours are handled first thing.
• Paid but unreachable on both channels you entered? The 7-day refund policy covers you completely.

Access duration

Files are yours to keep. Download them, store them, use them — there is no subscription and no expiry on purchased kits.
