- Kit not delivered: check spam/promotions, then message us — we resend immediately.
- Refund: reply refundon WhatsApp or to your delivery email. That's the entire process. Details in the Refund Policy.
- Wrong email/number at checkout: message us from the correct one with your payment reference — we re-deliver after verification.
- GST invoice: attached to your delivery email; reply there for any correction.
