Every kit carries a 7-day, no-questions money-back guarantee, counted from the moment of purchase.
How to claim a refund
- Reply refund to your delivery email, or
- Reply refund to our WhatsApp delivery message.
That's the whole process. No forms, no calls, no “retention specialist.” You don't need to give a reason, though we read every one that's shared — it makes the kits better.
Timelines
- We acknowledge refund requests within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
- The refund is initiated to your original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay/Cashfree). Banks typically credit UPI and card refunds within 5–7 working days of initiation.
Cancellation
Because kits are delivered instantly, there is no “pending order” state to cancel. If you paid and changed your mind, the 7-day refund covers you fully.
After 7 days
Requests beyond the 7-day window aren't covered by the guarantee, but write to us anyway at support@theknockoutacademy.com — if something genuinely went wrong (delivery failure, duplicate payment), we make it right regardless of the calendar.
Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges are refunded in full, automatically when we detect them or immediately when you report them. If money was debited but you received no kit, RBI rules require your bank to auto-reverse failed UPI debits, usually within 1–2 working days — and we'll chase it with our gateway in parallel.
