Who we are

TKOA Private Limited(“Knockout Academy”, “we”) sells digital career-education products — playbooks, templates, scripts, trackers, and AI prompt systems — through theknockoutacademy.com.

What you're buying

This is an educational product. It provides preparation systems, templates, and guidance. Results depend on your effort, experience, and market conditions. No job, raise, or promotion is guaranteed.

Kits are educational materials. They are not recruitment services, job placements, or professional career-counselling engagements, and no employment outcome is promised or implied.

Your license

• Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for your own career use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, re-publish, or share kit files — including in Telegram channels, drives, or “bundle” products. We actively pursue takedowns.
• Templates may be freely adapted for your own resume, profiles, and applications.

Payments & pricing

• All prices are in INR and include GST. A GST invoice accompanies every order.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay/Cashfree; we never see or store card details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (7-day, no questions).

Acceptable use

Don't use kit materials to misrepresent facts to employers (fabricated experience, false credentials). The kits exist to present your real work at its true value.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office's jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
